TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using DuduBuster services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

DuduBuster provides professional cleaning and pest control services in designated service areas.

  • •Emergency response services (available 24/7)
  • •Regular maintenance contracts

3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

3.1 Booking Process: Services can be booked through our website, phone, or in-person. A confirmed booking requires deposit or full payment as specified.

3.2 Pricing: Prices are quoted per service and may vary based on property size, infestation severity, and location. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

3.3 Payment Methods: We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged.

3.4 Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 24 hours before service for full refund. Emergency services may have different cancellation terms.

4. SERVICE GUARANTEES

4.1 Results Guarantee: We guarantee elimination of specified pests for 30 days post-service. If pests return within this period, we provide free follow-up treatment.

4.2 Limitations: Guarantee applies only to pests present at time of service. Does not cover new infestations or pests introduced after treatment.

4.3 Property Damage: We take utmost care but are not liable for pre-existing damage. Report any new damage within 24 hours of service.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • •Provide accurate property information and access
  • •Secure pets during service hours
  • •Follow pre and post-treatment instructions
  • •Disclose any health conditions (allergies, etc.)
  • •Provide safe working environment for our team

6. HEALTH AND SAFETY

6.1 Chemical Use: We use EPA-approved chemicals and follow all safety protocols. Material Safety Data Sheets available upon request.

6.2 Eco-friendly Options: Green cleaning and pest control options available. Request when booking.

6.3 Re-entry Times: Specific re-entry times will be provided based on treatment type. Must be strictly followed.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DuduBuster's liability is limited to the service cost. We are not liable for:

  • •Consequential or indirect damages
  • •Pest-related damages existing before service
  • •Failure to follow post-treatment instructions
  • •Acts of nature or third-party actions

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website (logos, text, graphics) is DuduBuster property. No unauthorized use permitted.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Kenyan law. Disputes will be resolved in Nairobi courts.
